As the Medical Education Associate your primary responsibility will require facilitating and delivering diabetes education to Healthcare Professionals.
The role consists of being part of the development and execution of the UK and Ireland Medical Education strategy/plan in diabetes/Flash Glucose Monitoring with a deep knowledge of the disease, current awareness of educational trends and regulations in the external environment.
What You'll Do
- You will be responsible for creating and delivering to Healthcare Professionals excellent educational content for the UK & Irish market.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining external relationships with multiple stakeholders and key opinion leaders
- Be an integral part of the crossfunctional working with Medical, Marketing, Payer and Sales Teams.
- Develop and implement educational strategies and programs that align to prioritised learning and business needs
- Provide sales training for appropriate use of medical education solutions.
- Evaluate and oversee medical education solutions adapting as needed based on feedback and results.
Required Qualifications
- Preferably a university level degree, (advanced degree in health sciences or a Healthcare Professional)
- Knowledge and experience: Experience in customer facing Healthcare industry and preferably experience with accredited education and a teaching qualification.
- Therapy area knowledge with clinical experience.
- Skills: Experience of working with MS Office Personal qualities: Strong team player, confident and outgoing, ability to influence and drive forward change, passion for learning and education
