Description
My client, a UK law firm, is looking to secure the services of a Team Administrator to join them on a permanent basis in their Leeds office.
As the successful Team Administrator, you'll be based in the Leeds office and will be responsible for providing comprehensive admin support to the Housing Management & Property Litigation teams for both Leeds and London.
Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- Diary management for Fee-Earners
- General administrative support; filing, photocopying
- Producing reports/summaries of account ledgers
- Organising and maintaining files both in hard copy and electronically
- General office support; stationery stock control, delivering documents
To qualify for this position as a Team Administrator, you'll have a high attention to detail, previous experience within administration, ability to prioritise workload and have an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
