Description

You will work closely with key stakeholders and senior management to ensure processes and practices align to policy, but are also fit for purpose for your business area.

You will demonstrate exceptional organsiational and communication skills.


Your area of responsibility will cover high volume and trainee recruitment therefor an experienced volume in-house or agnecy recruiter would be at a distinct advantage.


We're seeking an individual with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, an ability to prioritise workloads and attention to detail.


In return we are offering a cometetive salary which will be dependant on level of experience in a similar role or sector, participation into company bonus and pension schemes, access to rewards gateway, as well as 25 days annual leve plus bank holidays.

Due to the customer centric nature of this role, the position is based at Lakeside, Doncaster and whilst, when fully trained there may be flexibility to work from home 2 days a week, you will be required to be in the office or on site 3 days per week


Salary:
£25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
