Geography Teacher looking to take on a

leadership role?

GSL Education is currently recruiting for a

Head of Geography position in Lincoln on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the
Geography department, overseeing the delivery of highquality teaching and learning.
Develop and implement a cohesive and engaging curriculum that meets the needs of students and aligns with the school's objectives.
Provide guidance and support to the Geography teaching staff, fostering their professional growth and development.
Monitor student progress, implement effective strategies for intervention and support, and ensure high standards of achievement and wellbeing.

Requirements:

-
Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.

Extensive experience teaching
Geography at the secondary level.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
