JEP Youth Engagement is determined to support young people to fulfil their potential.
You will need to deliver engaging sessions to our young people, focus the sessions on improving their life chances and communicate with all stakeholders with a view to tracking and monitoring the progress of each individual you work with.
You will share and report on sessions through feedback forms, weekly logs and reflections and termly reports.What we can offer you

Responsibilities
- To engage our students during activity sessions
- Daily attendance reports to schools, weekly progression reports, weekly reflections and termly reports
- Mentor students and encourage them to make better life choices
- Develop relationships with young people to support their progression
- Liaise and work alongside schools, parents and other professionals
What we're looking for
- Ideally 1+ years' experience working with young people in an education
- English & Math skills.
- Functional IT Skills
- Knowledge of safeguarding processes
- Reliable & selfmotivated.
- Ideally has an
Enhanced DBS: - GCSE English and Math's (grade A-C) or level 2 literacy and numeracy
- Experience supporting children and young people with complex health needs (desirable).
