Description

Working across a combined IAG Cargo worldwide network of both insourced and outsourced operations, you will be responsible for supporting security and safety management and ensuring that IAG Cargo and its suppliers discharge their regulatory requirements as required by the regulatory bodies to deliver a safe and secure operation.


You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of security and safety management projects focussed on enhancing compliance and improving performance.

Working with key interfaces across the HUB operations and worldwide network, you will provide support and guidance to the business and ensure that work streams are delivered on time and in line with our compliance standards.


Accountable for providing project progress reports, identifying and mitigating risks, producing data to support the quarterly board meetings as well as working with 3rd party service providers to enhance security and safety provisions across the IAG Cargo operation.


Security

  • Coordinate the delivery and analysis of a security culture baseline study across IAG Cargo.
  • Develop visual resources to support the delivery of the IAG Cargo security communications plan.
  • Develop and oversee the delivery of trial plans for the use of new screening methodologies at London Heathrow.
  • Scope and coordinate the delivery of upgrade work across access control measures and CCTV systems to ensure robust protection at London Heathrow.

Safety

  • Manage the implementation of the agreed risk methodology for safety and the associated work to introduce station risk scores
  • Oversee and manage the closure of risk action plans, used to support the business through complex improvements to safety
  • Support the development of documented standards in safety management for inclusion in the safety management manual
  • Ownership of the safety reporting system administration, cleansing data and providing insights to the compliance management team on safety trends and risks
  • Support with the production of the quarterly cargo safety group pack, minutes and associated action log
