Senior Python Developer

Fully Remote

London

£65,000 DOE

Monday to Friday

Full Time Position

Key duties of the Python Developer:

Develop, deploy, and maintain data pipelines.
Improve scalability and efficiency of data pipelines.
Design and implement CI/CD systems.
Take the lead in the code architecture design.
Extensive experience working with relational databases and other data stores and being able to demonstrate strong data modeling skills.
Work in an Ubuntu Linux environment, use git as the code repository.
Take the lead in developing the deployment and operational aspects of the company's software.

Required experience for this position:

Python Developer with 5+ years of experience delivering Software (in production) in a professional context.
Experience with containerisation and related technologies like Docker, Kubernetes is desirable.
Experience in leading projects to deadlines.
Python C extensions and integration with native Linux libraries.
Textual analysis and natural language processing.
