About the Apprenticeship
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating release assets which may include artwork, videos, digital materials etc. from internal and/or external partners
- Assist in creation and management of release campaign, including timelines and budgets
- Coordinating delivery of assets such as artwork, videos, digital materials for internal and external partners across artist campaigns
- Coordinating delivery of campaign marketing plans and reports from social media and other marketing sources
- Assist in the registration of songs with CMO's and distributors
- Coordinate collection of consumption and audience data from multiple sources including Digital Service Providers (DSP's) and share insights with rest of team
- Developing relationships internally and externally to participate in the fostering of effective teams and successful releases
- Opportunities for assisting in scouting and developing new talent working closely with the (Artist and Repertoire) A&R team.
- Logging and responding to demos, analysing streaming and other artist data
- Booking studio time for artists, writers, and producers
- General label and project admin support including scheduling internal and external meetings, booking travel and coordinating invoicing
Annual Salary £22,672.00
Working Hours Monday - Friday (9:30am - 5:30pm)

Skills required
- You should have an understanding of music streaming platforms and social media. It is not expected but it may be an advantage if you have already knowledge of Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
- Excellent relationshipbuilding and relationshipmanagement skills
Personal Qualities
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent timemanagement, organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Qualifications Required No formal qualifications are required. Common sense, a good attitude, a willingness to learn and a demonstrable interest in the role and organisation are what we are looking for.
If you do not have English, Maths, and ICT at GSCE's level 4-9 or equivalent, you will be required to take these qualifications as part of your apprenticeship.
