Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our small team. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our food production facility. This is a full-time position working 4 days a week Monday-Thursday with opportunities for growth and development.


Duties:

• Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure smooth operation
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery
• Follow standard operating procedures to maintain product quality and safety
• Monitor production processes to identify and resolve any issues or deviations
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with food safety standards
• Adhere to HACCP guidelines and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
• Assist in inventory management, including receiving and storing raw materials
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines

Requirements:

• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating production quantities
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices as well as previous experience in food production or a related field is preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Pay:
£21,031.00-£21,990.00 per year
