An opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join the UK finance team here at Staffing 360 Solutions

The Accounts Assistant will be required for 6 months to support the finance team with duties including:

  • Accounts payable process from end to end
  • Payment runs for expenses, supplier payments, and contractor payroll
  • Balance sheet reconciliations, including fixed assets
  • Petty cash management
  • Other finance tasks as required

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience in accounting
  • AAT studier or qualified (desirable)
  • Accounts payable experience preferred
  • Bookkeeping experience
  • Staffing/recruiting industry experience (desirable but not essential)
  • Must be confident with high attention to detail
  • Ability to always use own initiative
