We have a great opportunity for a Support Services Team Leader to join our team based in Canterbury Health Centre, Canterbury.

The salary on offer is £23,948.76 per annum. (Pro rata for part time hours). This is a 37.5-hour full time, permanent position. The working pattern will be 08:30 until 16:30pm, Monday to Friday. However, flexibility is required, as may need to work early mornings or evenings to support.

A driving licence and DBS is required.

This role will coordinate administrative and secretarial services for the Operations Team including supervision of reception and admin staff and delivery of administrative function in line with policies and procedures, though the provision of supervision and support to the office administrative team.


You will also support the team with the management of information gathering, undertaking enquiries, as and when necessary, and preparation of complex documents, presentations and correspondence.

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • NVQ 3, relevant certification or equivalent experience
  • Supervisory experience within a similar environment
