Physical Education (PE) Subject Leader Wanted for Secondary School

Annual Salary Scale:
Main Pay Scale or Upper Pay Scale

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the PE department, ensuring highquality teaching and learning
Develop and implement a challenging and innovative PE curriculum that reflects the needs and interests of all students
Monitor and evaluate the progress and achievement of students, and use this information to inform future planning and development
Ensure the delivery of a broad and balanced PE curriculum, including extracurricular activities and sporting events
Maintain a safe and healthy learning environment, including appropriate use of equipment and facilities

Requirements:

Proven experience as a PE teacher and successful track record in leading and developing a PE department
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students and colleagues
Knowledge of current PE curriculum and assessment requirements
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Commitment to the school's values and vision
