Purpose


The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to our Exeter Team You will work closely with the managers within the department to ensure the smooth running of the administrative processes - offering support where needed.

Main Responsibilities

  • Set up new clients on the system and request necessary documentation.
  • Collecting, scanning and distributing incoming post each day
  • Filing client documents and post
  • Managing, organising and returning client records
  • Scan and upload documents to CCH and maintain the database
  • Assisting with the departments billing
  • Provide stats to monitor billing targets
  • Create/close/open assignments as requested
  • Monitor MISC code for WIP that can be moved as contacts convert to client
  • Check engagement letters as and when they expire.
  • Ensure AML Money Laundering is kept up to date.
  • To provide admin support for your team.
  • You may be required to provide support to other departments or reception in the event of absence/holiday.
  • If/where required attend meetings and take accurate meeting notes.
Skills Required

  • Previous experience of administrative duties essential.
  • Able to deliver high quality administrative support and be comfortable developing new ways to work, supported by effective use of technology.
  • Intermediate level Excel and Word knowledge.
  • Accounts production software such as CCH desirable but not essential
  • Ability to show initiative and work within a team.
  • Ability to build good client relationships
  • Highly adaptable and willing to undertake adhoc work where required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to build rapport with people at various levels.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage own workload in a timely manner while all the time ensuring we exceed client expectations
Salary dependent on skills and previous experience.

Salary:
£18,525.00-£24,000.00 per year
