A progressive business based in Derby are looking to recruit two talented all-round Management Systems Consultant due to business growth.

Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for the effective development, implementation and subsequentmanagement of a broad range of management standards with both existing and new clients.


As a Management Systems Consultant your duties will include:

  • Supporting clients with the development, project management and implementation of new or existing management systems
  • Supporting both client internal and external audits
  • Building relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their business and offer solutions
  • Reciprocal sharing of knowledge and experience with colleagues
  • Identifying and developing new service offerings
  • Contributing to company growth and objectives

To be a successful Management Systems Consultant you will have the following skills and experience:

  • A practical working knowledge of ISO Standards and their benefits to clients
  • Experience with part or all of the following Standard's ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301,


  • ISO 4400

  • A proactive selfstarter with both a management and hands on approach, able to build relationships both within and external to the Company
  • Selfmotivated, dynamic and personable with a positive 'can do' attitude
  • Relevant professional qualification
  • Strong MS Office skills in particular Word and Excel


In return you will be offered a competitive salary based on experience together with a discretionary Company bonus scheme up to 10% of salary based on company profitability.

There are two roles available, one at a more junior level and one at senior.

The salary for the junior role will be between £27,000 - £30,000 and the senior will be at £40,000.

Working hours are between 8L00am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday and this is a hybrid role.
