Duties:
- Dealing with tenants and the work needed to the properties
- Obtaining quotes for works and Issuing the work to suitable contractors
- Confirm the work and costs with the landlord
- Booking in the contractors with the tenants
- Obtain before, during and after photos of the works
- Ensuring jobs are completed on time
- Ensuring the tenants and landlords are happy
- Receive the invoices
- Update our CRM system
- Arranging landlord's gas and electrical inspections and certificates
- Arranging EPCs
- Keeping our maintenance spreadsheet updated.
Skills:
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of office procedures and equipment
- Ability to effectively upsell products or services
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with contract management processes
- Strong administrative skills
