This regional firm, rich in heritage dating back many decades, are seeking an
ambitious
commercial property solicitor with
aspirations of partnership, to join their highly successful team,
in Norfolk.


With offices across Norfolk and Cambridgeshire, the firm is seeking an
experienced commercial property solicitor as part of its succession planning.


This role is a perfect springboard for a commercial property solicitor seeking
a clear route of progression.

The role


The role will see you working alongside a longstanding director, now approaching retirement, with a view to taking over the team and an existing high-quality caseload in the short-medium term.

The practice deals with a wide variety of clients, ranging from SMEs, retail, investor, and household names.

The commercial property team consists of a team of five.

You will receive a comprehensive handover of directorship from day one, as you take over leadership of the department, with the support of the wider partnership team.


  • You will deal with a broad range of work, including; Sales and purchases, commercial leases, landlord and tenant, development, and investment work
