Stock Controller
Responsible To:
Warehouse Operations Manager
Salary:
Competitive
Main Responsibilities & Duties:
- stock counts/Reconciling and discrepancies.
- Accurate replenishment of stock.
- P I checks.
- Date checks.
- Updating Merlin, adjustments.
- FIFO tracking.
- Monitoring & Control / Action on Breakages.
- Organisation of all Empties Returns including KEGWATCH.
- Inbound checks.
- Assisting with warehouse layout.
Other Responsibilities:

cover other warehouse duty's when required
:
- Post holder operates within a framework of policies and procedures. Any variance to existing policies and procedures is to be agreed with Purchasing Manager.
- Advice or Recommendations Made:
Advise Purchasing Manager on all items with short shelf life / out of date
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Computer literate.
Numerically literate.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Good telephone manner.
Excellent organisational skills.
Confident and Assertive.
Strong customer focus.
Attention to detail.
Able to operate as part of a team.
Ability to exercise good time management and task prioritisation.
Demonstrate commitment to all safety standards at all times.

Purchasing Manager, Warehouse Manager, Head of Operations, Sales Director, Managing Director
External:
Suppliers / Hauliers
Information Handling:
- Accurately input of all goods in on Merlin.
Pallet locations.
Maintaining information of goods on racking
Communications:
Internal:
Frequent day to day communications both written and oral
External:
Suppliers / Hauliers
Working Environment:
Warehouse environment. Good health & safety regime to be adopted at all times, in accordance with policies and procedures. Maintenance and use of appropriate PPE provided.
Hours of Work:
08:00 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday), with 1hr lunch to be taken as agreed with Purchasing Manager.

£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
