Job Title:
Maintenance Person

Location:
Northamptonshire

Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialised repairs and services.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all maintenance activities.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance work performed and expenses incurred.
  • Represent the company in a professional way.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field.
  • Valid driving licence.
  • Strong proficiency in various maintenance tasks.
  • Attention to detail and excellent problemsolving skills.
  • Good customer service skills.

Pay:
Up to £25,000.00 per year


Experience:


  • Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
