Overview of Role
We are looking for a creative, energetic, and proactive Social Media Executive to join our team.

This role presents a unique and exciting opportunity to have an impact on multiple competitive leisure brands that are already thriving, with the scope to shiftgear on our approach to social media management.


Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for the community management, growth, and engagement of our social channels.

You will help develop our social media strategy and explode our presence across platforms, by attracting new audiencesand harnessing the strength of varied customer bases.

You will take delight in creating social content that is bold, bright and shows the excitement our venues hold. You will have an analytical mindset and the curiosity to turn data into valuable insights to drive continuous improvement.

  • Develop the organic social media strategy to grow our community and build engagement.
  • Aid in the execution and management of paid social media advertising ensuring key KPIs are met, and budgets are maximized.
  • Create and coordinate the individual venue social content calendar, managing publication across multiple social channels.
  • Support the Marketing Communications Manager with media and press enquiries.
  • Set, track and measure against KPI's for social, including campaigns and key activities.
  • Maintain and develop each brands unique tone of voice when communicating branded content and engaging in community conversations.
  • Support Marketing Communications Manager with media & press enquiries.
  • Identify and recommend relevant influencers to establish partnerships.
