£25,000 to £40,000 a year


Job Summary
Parkinsonfarr Estate Agents are currently looking for a Full Time Lettings Negotiator /Trainee to complement our team.

The individual could have a sales background whether in residential lettings or not, as full in house training will be provided.

We are looking for a highly motivated, confident, smart individual with great customer service skills and who can communicate well.

Key responsibilities within the role:

• Carryout viewings, follow up viewings and secure offers.
• Qualifying applicants.
• Undertake negotiations on behalf of the landlord.
• Agree and achieve individual performance targets including residential sales, conveyancing, financial services.
• Comply with all relevant legislation and the rules of the professional bodies of which we are members.
• Responding to leads from our website and telephone.
• Source and generate market appraisals.

Skills and experience:

• Someone who has ambition, drive and will achieve and strive to exceed all targets.
• Good organisational skills and a professional manner.
• Full driving license.
• Knowledge of the NW London market (advantageous)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comply with all relevant legislation within the property world.
• Undertake canvassing of local properties and accompanied viewings.
