- A base contract of 30 hours per week (some vacancies may be lower) however you will have the opportunity to work up to 45/50 hours per week

Experience:
- Barista: 1 year (required)
- Hospitality & Food: 1 year (required)
Ensure that all members and guests are served quickly and efficiently.
Actively participate in relevant company training programs and to take every opportunity to increase your level of expertise
To have a full working understanding of the till system and to ensure that all money transactions are dealt with correctly.
Report any maintenance or system issues immediately.
To follow company procedures in the event of an emergency.
Resolve any complaints if possible, if not to contact Supervisor on duty, or relevant Management.
Ensure that any comments/feedback are passed onto the store manager
Maintain the tidiness of the bar areas and ensure that all cleaning procedures are followed and signed off by the Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
Understand and deliver the shops standards and procedures.
Ensure that you are aware of, trained in and adhere to all Health & Safety requirements.
Work with the staff to ensure a safe environment for you and your colleagues
Make sure you understand and comply with all Front of House Standard operating procedures.
Ensure you participate in regular meetings with the Front of House team.
Display a positive attitude to your work and customers.
Focus on your customers and find ways to meet their needs and expectations.
Communicate to customers and team members in a professional manner.
Maintain standards, review and improve if necessary.
To work as part of a team, to involve, motivate and inform.
Read and fully understand all promotions, events and developments within the shop.
Anticipate and respond to your customer's needs.

Salary:
£8.60-£10.65 per hour
