We work with children aged from 0-6 years old and include them in a variety of stimulating and rich learning activities, stemming from child led interests and play.

Key responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the team members to provide outstanding care and education to the children.
- Being a pivotal leader within the centre.
- Work toward KPI's to ensure Exceeding Themes of QA1 are achieved.
- Use your skills to mentor team members and be willing to be mentored by others
- A demonstrated commitment to providing a safe, caring, nonjudgemental and supportive environment for all children and their families
- A demonstrated ability to adhere to and understand the ECA code of Ethics and the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child
- Demonstrated understanding of appropriate behaviours while engaging with children
- Experience leading and guiding a team
- ACECQA Approved Diploma in Children's Services or bachelor's degree (Early Education) or, working towards
- Current Working with Children Check
- First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates
- Full Rights to Work in Australia
- Statespecific Teachers Registration
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching/Education
- NESA accreditation.
- WWCC, current first aid certificate, current asthma and anaphylaxis training or a willingness to obtain
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Commitment to providing a quality curriculum
- Commitment to implement the NQS and EYLF
