Working at SSG is a lot of fun, it is action packed and every day is different.You will get to work with lots of different groups of children and young people by contributing to the running of our Swim Schools with opportunities to work across the range of activity programmes we operate, all as part of a team of like-minded individuals.
We are looking for a positive and motivational individual to join our Sports & Activities Team as a Project Lead for our Swim Schools.

One of the critical parts of this role is to be able to engage with people and help SSG build strong relationships with all of its stakeholders.
In addition to an existing team of instructors, coordinators and managers, you will get to work with a wide range of participants of all ages, and other professionals in the industry.

What you will do
- Contribute to the general operations of the Swim School activities including equipment
- Provide supervision for staff and assisting them in ensure engaged, happy and safe groups of swimmers
- Lead small teams of staff on programme and provision across the department
- Working Days: Monday, Friday and Sunday
What you need
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills
- A can do attitude and a flexible approach to working and an interest and/or background in swimming, physical activity, sport or other outdoor activities
- An Enhance DBS Disclosure with Children's Barred List
