About the hiring team


The Go-To-Market team (GTM) is a cross-functional group of professionals who work together to launch new FIS products and services in the market.

We are a diverse team that works with sales, marketing, and product teams around the world, creating strategies and programs to deliver the highest possible results.

We create successful systems to educate the equip our sales teams with the information, deliverables, and prospects to effectively maximize the impact of each FIS product for our clients.


What you will be doing


In this role you will be you will be primarily reporting into the director of GTM strategy & enablement, you will be focusing on project management, execution and coordination amongst some exciting deliverables to enable GTM Solution Launches, Campaign Strategy & Planning, as well as Seller Education & Enablement.


  • You will be helping project managing, tracking, as well as executing various deliverables to support the success of the projects
  • You will have the opportunity to learn about GTM launch process, campaign development, as well as some of our sales enablement programs including solution education and sales trainings
  • Develop a final presentation with insights and feedback based on your experience and project work throughout the summer
  • Build your professional network to support future success

Who we are looking for

  • You are in your penultimate year of an undergraduate degree, or in your final year of an undergraduate degree with a oneyear postgraduate place confirmed
  • You demonstrate an eagerness to learn new things
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), listening and rapport building skills
  • Confident, with a proactive mindset, and willingness to ask questions and put forward ideas
  • You are organised, with good time management skills and an ability to multitask
  • You have a genuine interest in the fastevolving Fintech industry
