Lancaster University Management School (LUMS) is seeking a dynamic and creative Student Recruitment and Conversion Officer (UG) to join our team for a 6 month maternity cover period.

As one of the UK's leading business schools, LUMS offers undergraduate, postgraduate and executive education to a diverse and international student body.

The Student Recruitment and Conversion Officer (UG) will be responsible for developing and implementing the school's student recruitment events strategy.

You will be a key member of the recruitment team and will work closely with academic departments and other stakeholders to plan and execute a wide range of recruitment activity, both on and off campus, designed to attract prospective students to the school's programmes.

This is the perfect position for a highly organised, dynamic individual who is skilled at organising events, presenting, and engaging with prospective students.

It is an excellent opportunity to develop a strong engagement skillset in a supportive and friendly team within the diverse University community.

This post is offered as a full-time, 6 month role, working a minimum of 2 days a week from our Lancaster campus, though flexible arrangements may be considered.

The role is offered on a blended work schedule with both on-campus and home working.
