With this role, the contract will end 31st March 2025.


We are looking for a Future Skills Advisor to join our Future Skills Team on a fixed-term contract, based in Coventry or Liverpool.

This role will specifically support the workforce foresight hub project, so will coordinate and support partner organisations to transition from scoping and identifying relevant topics to arranging and leading meetings with them.

This will include reviewing information collected at the scoping and identifying stage, planning and scheduling workshops and meetings for the facilitated sessions.


Duties and Responsibilities

Collaboration and Partnership:

Liaise with key Centres of Innovation, industry partners, WF-Hub team members, training providers and awarding bodies, to drive collaboration and approval.


Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with the Catapult Network and MTC members, fostering collaboration and securing insights to inform the foresighting cycles.


Workshop Facilitation:
Plan and facilitate workshops with key partners, stakeholders, and technology and domain specialists. Lead discussions, gather insights, and articulate workshop outcomes effectively.


Project Management:
Manage assigned framework projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and work packages are followed up by the designated owners.


Documentation:
Articulate workshop outputs, write comprehensive reports, and ensure that design briefs are robust and aligned with stakeholder needs.


Teamwork and Leadership:
Promote teamwork, provide support during challenging times, and celebrate collective successes. Lead by example, demonstrating humility, honesty, and integrity in all interactions.
