Bedford client is offering a great opportunity for a Sales Co-ordinator to join a small but fast paced sales department.

The role requires an organised, enthusiastic self-starter who thrives when working independently, has skills in administration and delivers to tight deadlines.


This role reports directly to the Head of Sales and will be supporting the National and Distribution sales in the day-to-day administration of the department.


The role will involve:


  • General support administration
  • Prepare proposals.
  • Update and calculate quotations.
  • Assist clients with enquiries.
  • Receiving and processing orders on the system.
  • Checking prices and contracts are up to date.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Works well within a team.
  • Methodical and conscientious.
  • High attention to details.
  • Computer literate particularly excel.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Time management and prioritisation skills.

The successful Sales Co-ordinator can expect:
Basic salary of £25,000 plus month bonus

£24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
