About the Role:
In this role, you will progress as a professional in the Early Years Sector, making that huge difference to a child's development and their family's lives.
You'll be a named key person, who will enable children to explore, learn and grow to their full potential, helping us nurture the next generation of Little Pioneers, whilst your own study programme will be supporting your own career aspirations, development, and growth.
- Completing your Apprenticeship programme Level 3, you will be learning from your buddy/ mentor, and colleagues within the nursery to develop and grow as an Early Years Educator.
- You'll be practicing and developing the essential skills and behaviours needed to provide outstanding and engaging learning environments and exceptional care to the children in your setting.
- You'll research and develop your knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage to understand what great learning is for young children and how to embed this in your day to day practice.
- You'll develop your confidence in having great conversations with the parents/ carers of the children you educate and care for, working collaboratively to ensure children's individual needs are met.
- You'll take part in nursery activities to support your development, which may include colleague meetings, training opportunities, parent's evenings, volunteering, and fundraising.
About You:
- You will be a passionate, driven individual with a hunger to learn.
- You will be highly motivated to complete your study programme, with a thirst to continuously develop and gain the professional knowledge, skills and behaviours you need for this inspiring role, where you will develop into a future educator of our next generation of young cooperators.
- You will hold a suitable Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy, for example, GCSE Grade C/ 4 or above in Maths and English, Level 2 Functional or Key Skills, or be willing to take Maths and English assessments as part of the recruitment process.
