My client ranked in both Chambers UK Guide & Legal 500 are looking for an additional 2 Solicitors to join their Commercial Property teams 1 in London & 1 In Sussex.

The work includes:
- managing a case load of commercial property work involving freehold and leasehold transactions, development agreements, acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, finance and security documents and reports
- providing corporate support
- face to face contact with clients and referrers
- active role in business development

Clients of the Commercial Property team include landlords, developers, entrepreneurs, banks, local government and commercial agricultural estates, based all over the UK and internationally.

In addition to advising on all aspects of commercial property sales,disposals, leases, option and promotion agreements, landlord and tenant and development work, they have specialist sector expertise in agriculture and estates, care homes and healthcare, viticulture and hotels and leisure.

Matters range in value up to approximately£20m.

It is envisaged that you will have circa 2yrs experience within Commercial Property, enjoy working as part of a team and be happy to be involved in BD & Marketing.
