Description
Our client in Prestwich is looking to recruit a Skilled Assembly Operative for a permanent role based out of their manufacturing and Distribution site


The work will involve:


  • Experience using a swaging press to assemble either hydraulic or industrial hoses
  • Responsible for organising the assembly area including some stock control
  • Operating a Counterbalance FLT (Refreshers provided where needed)
  • Assisting in preparing orders for despatch, unloading shipments and general warehouse duties as needed

The working times and pay:


  • Monday to Friday
  • 08:3016:30
  • 35 hours per week after breaks
  • Temp to Perm or Perm role from day 1

Skills/Experience Needed:


  • Experience operating a Swaging Press Machine essential
  • Good Assembly or Manufacturing background
  • FLT Licence and experience useful but training provided
  • Warehouse and Stock Control experience ideal but not essential

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm


Salary:
£26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

  • Assembly: 2 years (required)
