    Job Title: Orthopaedic Scrub Nurse

    Salary: £39,000 (Competitive package of pay)

    Location: York

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner to join our Theatre Team in a well-established private hospital.

    The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, working efficiently to ensure the best possible clinical outcomes for patients undergoing orthopaedic procedures, including hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligaments reconstruction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver high standards of clinical competence in theatre settings.
    • Communicate effectively with patients, surgeons, anaesthetists, and other healthcare professionals.
    • Work collaboratively as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing workload to meet deadlines.
    • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, ensuring patient satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Utilize computer systems to manage equipment and consumable requirements.

    Requirements:

    • Registered with the NMC/HCPC.
    • Experience in orthopaedics, preferably in hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligaments reconstruction.
