Description
The Role You will work as an autonomous practitioner within friendly teams of GPs, ANPs, Practice Nurses, and Pharmacists. You will develop close working relationships and be a valued member of the Primary Care Team. You will collaborate with other professionals, both internal to, and external from, the PCN.

Your role will involve offering specialist mental health advice, and providing expert clinical care for Children and young people with a range of mild to moderate mental health needs.

You will be supported to work autonomously, having day to day responsibility for your clinics and workload.

As services keen to provide excellent care to our locality, we would welcome enthusiastic innovators who are willing to develop this role.

We are looking for the very best people to work with us on our journey of development. Primary Care experience is not essential; however, a good understanding of how Primary Care works would be beneficial.
