  • Microsites to enhance our player's experience onsite further.


Overall responsibility for the Microsites performance including product and proposition development, daily operations, team management and prioritising collaboration across the Rank business.


Lead a team of dedicated gaming enthusiasts to deliver on key financial targets and develop the customer experience to create unique and innovative reasons for customers to use Rank Interactive brands.

Work within the wider Rank Interactive team to ensurethat multi-product play and enhanced player experience are at the heart of decision-making.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Owning the strategic plan and direction for microsites. Setting clear positioning and proposition in the market to deliver growth. This will include setting and owning all retained player commercial strategies, propositions and tactical outputs in orderto drive growth whilst working closely with the Mecca and Grosvenor commercial leads and other key stakeholders which include the Acquisition Director, the Head of CRM and Personalisation and the Head of Strategic Marketing.
  • Own the overarching financial performance across these brands with responsibility for revenue and gross profit performance. Budget responsibility for KPIs creating clear strategies across product verticals and value tiers. Reporting to C level on overridingperformance and drivers of under and overperformance vs forecast with support from BI functions.
  • Campaign and Promotional planning leading the team in ideating, delivering and reviewing campaigns and performance looking to optimise and continuously improve what we offer customers.
  • Direct responsibility for highvalue player performance, proposition and strategy. Define a process for upgrade and downgrade and focus on safer gambling/affordability/EDD
  • Influencing our central marketing function across product, CRM, brand and multichannel, BI and data including those who do not hold a direct reporting line
  • Defining and owning the product development for microsites
- with a focus on EPI migration and Thunderbite integration, improving the customer experience within mobile apps roadmaps, improving UX/UI and focusing on building MVP features and functionalityto improve ROI and customer Experience

  • Planning, execution and constant tracking of commercial activities and promotions ensuring performance reporting, trading meetings and period reviews are completed
  • Work to define the key brand values, strategies and propositions for microsites and long term growth prospects
  • Managing the Commercial team and relationships across multiple locations (organising internal team structures and coordinating with team managers and HR to ensure optimal teams and cohesion)
  • A focus on developing teams through the assignment of ownership to team members and developing lessons learnt and what next to drive further improvements
  • Maintaining awareness of the competitive landscape as well as opportunities for expansion, new opportunities or products
  • Stay updated with latest regulations and assist with the company's responsibilities under safer gambling
  • Support other departments & functions across Rank Interactive in their strategic goals and when called for, initiate, join and drive projects with laser focus on short term goals as well as key initiatives across the group
