I am excited to be working with a thriving global cosmetics brand who are looking for a Demand Planning Manager to join their team based in Central London.

In this role, you will play an essential role in developing and executing the demand and supply planningstrategy, as well as actively collaborate cross-functionally and participate in S&OP meetings to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

About the role

Own S&OP process for demand and supply planning
Monitor demand forecast accuracy; reporting any forecast bias and improvement opportunities
Lead, develop and support a team of 2 demand and supply planning professionals in their daytoday planning activities
Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure plans are achieved and inventory targets are met

About you

Minimum 4 years of experience in demand planning/forecasting role (ideally within FMCG/Cosmetics industry)
Passion and experience in people management
Strong knowledge and experience in ERP planning tools, ideally Oracle
A skilled negotiator and influencer, comfortable managing lots of internal and external relationships
A high level of numerical and analytical skills
