An exciting opportunity awaits a Pastry Chef to join our four-star country house hotel and wedding venue. Our property boasts a brasserie restaurant, upmarket bar, and afternoon tea room, each offering modern British dining crafted from fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Key Responsibilities

As Pastry Chef, you will be part of a team of 10 skilled chefs in the kitchen, providing a fantastic chance to gain experience and training. Your duties will include:

Preparing high-quality pastries and desserts for multiple dining operations
Collaborating with colleagues to maintain exceptional standards
Developing skills and knowledge through ongoing learning and training

Requirements

We are seeking a Pastry Chef with:

Experience working in fast-paced kitchens serving multiple dining operations
A proven ability to push forward standards and improve performance
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
A willingness to learn and develop new skills
