At Pimes, we're currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join our luxury retail team. This position will be based in Selfridges London, and you will be working for a niche luxury fragrance brand.Overview:
As an assistant manager, you will contribute to achieving brand goals in sales, productivity and service. You will be responsible for meeting personal sales and productivity goals and delivering exceptional customer service.
You will represent the brand to the consumer, be an ambassador of the brand, and ensure customers' needs are consistently exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contributing to the success of the brand through the delivery of outstanding customer service
- Building and maintaining positive business relationships with clients
- Demonstrating exceptional product knowledge
- Bringing energy & positivity to every interaction
- Ensuring you know and achieve the brands sales targets & agreed KPI's
- Always adhering to the highest professional standards
- Replenishing stock and maintaining high standards of merchandise and presentation
The Individual:
- Prior experience working with luxury retail brands
- Ability to adapt to frequent change and highpressure environments
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Passionate about fragrance
- Able to maintain business relationships with clients
- Excellent communicator
- Highly professional
- A selfstarter, someone driven and motivated

Salary:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
