Principal Responsibilities:

Ensure high quality, proactive, efficient full HR generalist practices across firm.
Lead recruitment and selection, learning and development, performance and talent management, employment relations, mobility and people strategy, reward and recognition, termination, and departure processes.
Develop and instil robust HR processes and procedures.
Build strong relationships across leadership team supporting the delivery of the firm's objectives through HR.
Lead DEI agenda.
Lead HR regulatory program.
Facilitate change and reorganization initiatives.
Provide HR management information, analysis, and reporting.
Keep abreast of external developments which may impact strategy i.e. employment law, regulatory changes, immigration.
Support and coach business to execute on HR strategies.
Oversee office management.
