Principal Responsibilities:


  • Ensure high quality, proactive, efficient full HR generalist practices across firm.
  • Lead recruitment and selection, learning and development, performance and talent management, employment relations, mobility and people strategy, reward and recognition, termination, and departure processes.
  • Develop and instil robust HR processes and procedures.
  • Build strong relationships across leadership team supporting the delivery of the firm's objectives through HR.
  • Lead DEI agenda.
  • Lead HR regulatory program.
  • Facilitate change and reorganization initiatives.
  • Provide HR management information, analysis, and reporting.
  • Keep abreast of external developments which may impact strategy i.e. employment law, regulatory changes, immigration.
  • Support and coach business to execute on HR strategies.
  • Oversee office management.

Requirements:


  • Extensive global HR generalist experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation (UK/US/Singapore)
  • Collaborative approach
