Teaching Assistant
Permanent 32.5 hours per week
38 weeks per year
Pay Grade:17
FTE £22,366 - £23,893 FTE
What we are looking for:
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to become part of our friendly and supportive team.
Do you have the skills and ability to:
- Keep children are at the heart of your role
- Instinctively keep children at the centre in all they do.
- Has good interpersonal skills and is able to use their initiative as well as working well in a team
- Their approach to lunch times is enthusiastic, creative and reflective of high expectations for their pupils and themselves.
- They are passionate about leading and facilitating play, games and activities.
- They are committed to safeguarding children.
- They follow health and safety processes and procedures when preparing and serving food.
- They have previous experience of working with children with addition needs
A willingness to undertake the following training:
- Children Protection and Prevent Training
- First Aid Training
- Food hygiene level 2 training
