Our client, a leading wholesaler of healthcare products is looking for a Field Based Product Trainer.

This is an exciting opportunity to join them where you will be managing multiple or national pharmacy fasciae within a defined territory.

Working on behalf of various clients, brand owners or manufacturers this role will call on Pharmacists, Healthcare Advisorsand Retail Staff within Boots and Superdrug stores.


Location:

Scotland/Newcastle and Carlisle


Salary:

Up to £ per annum with an annual bonus and company car

Working to a brief, this role is to assess existing levels of knowledge and compliance and educate the in-store teams on various client products to increase product knowledge and patient/consumer recommendations.

This role will suit someone that loves training people, is confident, personable, and engaging
Our ideal applicant will have/be;

  • Excellent interpersonal skills able to communicate effectively with pharmacy teams (decision makers and influencers)
  • Superb, structured training and detailing skills with a high degree of influencing
  • Ability to assimilate product knowledge features and benefits quickly
  • Able to build rapport and develop trusted relationships with key staff
  • Effective time management and journey planning capabilities
  • Experience in OTC health and beauty and healthcare product selling and detailing an advantage.
  • Some knowledge of category management techniques.
  • Effective presentation skills with good use of a variety of sales aids
  • The ability to analyse and interpret numerical data, client presentations or market reports to develop a communications action plan
  • Ability to work under pressure, set priorities and to work to deadlines.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a good decision maker
  • Selfstarter able to work on own initiative, with mínimal supervision
  • Has the ability to selfanalyse and ask for help & support when required.
