**Kitchen Assistant

Part Time or Full Time £ £11.00/hour**Fingle Bridge Inn is seeking to recruit a Kitchen Assistant on a Part Time or Full Time basis to support the kitchen team. The Fingle Bridge Inn is set in the beautiful Teign Valley on the bank of the river. A lunch driven operation, the Pub operates at capacity throughout the summer months catering for 200+ covers per day from a largely homecooked and locally sourced menu where possible.

Key Skills and Responsibilities

Preparing, cooking and presenting food.
Food preparation and stock control.
Ensure food is stored correctly and rotated.
Assisting the kitchen team in all duties
Maintain food safety documentation
Check deliveries in correctly
Able to interpret the needs of the business.
Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
Working cohesively with front of house and the kitchen teams.
Follow direction from management.
Committment and focus.
