VervLife, in partnership with Reshape Generation, is seeking a dedicated Engagement Assistant to join our team at Wembley Ark.

As part of our mission to offer new, affordable, and well-designed homes for middle earners in London, we're committed to providing convenience, community, and value for our residents.


About the Role:
As one of our Engagement Assistants, you'll play a crucial role in fostering community wellbeing and resident satisfaction through innovative programming and top-notch customer service


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing initiatives to enhance the tenant experience
  • Managing social media channels and engaging with residents online
  • Providing administrative support to maximise customer satisfaction
  • Acting as a first point of contact for resident queries and concerns

Key Responsibilities and Activities:


  • Lead frontofhouse support and manage daytoday queries
  • Develop relationships with tenants and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Arrange and execute community programming and events
  • Actively engage with residents online and respond to feedback
  • Maintain social media presence and promote community initiatives
  • Provide administrative support to the management team

Requirements:


  • Minimum education level: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • Previous experience in administration or frontofhouse roles
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools
