You will be working in a professional team as a Triage Adviser providing advice and information on our frontline Advice service.

This will be in person, over the phone, and online.

The work of the service is very broad which means you will get a lot of variety including academic, housing, financial and personal issues, including mental health.

You will also get the chance to enhance our digital support to students by helping to deliver online webinars and Q&A sessions on our core areas of support.

You will work across our Help and Support service and with a range of support services across campus and external agencies across the city.

There will also be great opportunities to be involved in a range of creative and dynamic projects within our Strategic Plan.

You will work both within the LUU building and remotely, depending on the needs of the service.

What we're looking for
You must be able to work within a team and offer a high quality service to our diverse students. You will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, and be able to manage and prioritise varying work demands.
