Sales Assistant - Full time & Part-time


Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicate in a friendly way with customers and colleagues.
• Provide first class customer service, which may include lifting 20kg into the customers vehicle.
• Process sales, card and cash payments as necessary.
• Work with good attention to detail.
• To be able to work on your own initiative and/or as part of a team.
• Represent the 'face' of the business.
• Show a willingness to gain new skills and knowledge.
• Follow any company protocols as required.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the department (stock and fixtures) is maintained
• Replenish stock as required, could involve pallet truck operation.
• Merchandising stock as required.

Personal Requirements and Experience.

• Previous experience would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
• Good understanding of sales principals and customer service practises.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
• Computer literate.

Salary:
£10.50-£13.00 per hour


Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus

• London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
