You'll make an impact by:


  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Process and manage sales orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company policies.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including sales, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless order fulfilment and delivery.
  • Maintain and update customer information, order details, and inventory records in the company's database.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective strategies to streamline order management procedures.
  • Assist the sales team by generating sales reports, analysing data, and providing insights to support decisionmaking and sales strategies.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact at all levels.

  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • SAP experience would be a bonus
