You'll make an impact by:

Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Process and manage sales orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company policies.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including sales, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless order fulfilment and delivery.
Maintain and update customer information, order details, and inventory records in the company's database.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective strategies to streamline order management procedures.
Assist the sales team by generating sales reports, analysing data, and providing insights to support decisionmaking and sales strategies.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact at all levels.
