New Permanent opportunity - Fabric Maintenance Engineer - £32,000 - Midlands

Are you a multi skilled fabric engineer with experience of working on commercial properties? If so, we're looking for a Maintenance Fabric Engineer to work for a leading FM service provider on a Education contract covering sites between Birmingham and Nottingham.

Your role

Your duties will include PPMs and reactive maintenance across a commercial contract covering 8 sites with the majority of those being in Birmingham.

You'll be working as part of a facilities maintenance team.

The company strive to be exceptionally customerfocussed, so you must be willing to go the extra mile when dealing with internal stakeholders and any on site visitors.

About you

You will have demonstrable experience of building services maintenance in a commercial environment
You will hold a level 3 qualification in joinery/carpentry
Happy to undertake minor plumbing maintenance
You will have experience of working in a client facing role
A willingness and aptitude to carry out a wide range of building services maintenance tasks beyond joinery/carpentry maintenance.
