About The Role:


This is an entry level role for a Project Coordinator who will support the Project Management team with day-to-day Project Management duties with the aim to organise, coordinate and deliver small to medium deployments.

The successful applicant will work closely with Project Manager, Account Manager and customers in order see the end-to-end delivery of projects.


As a project coordinator you will:

  • Day-to-day you will communicate with different customers, suppliers and the Hark team.
  • You will contribute to the planning, communicating and reporting on different aspects of Harks priorities.
  • Assist with the coordination of the daytoday delivery of the endtoend project (or multiple projects)
  • Communicate and provide visibility of the progress of the project(s), demonstrating control over both internal, supplier and partner progress.
  • Ensures no customers or third parties are engaged in delivery work without commercial agreements in place using the agreed templates.
  • Be accountable for the assigned works content, accuracy and completeness.
  • Work within an agile technology business using appropriate methodologies.
  • Responsible for developing highly effective relationships with customers and other team members at all levels in the organisation to deliver the best customer solutions.
  • Where required escalating to the Hark leadership team where necessary.
  • Responsible for assuring the quality of the project following agreed quality assurance standards:
  • Recognised as one of the main contacts for a set of customers and suppliers.
  • Contributes back to the wider knowledge of the Hark team.
  • Undertake business analysis activities on projects where necessary.
  • Dont be afraid to ask for input from the rest of the team.
  • Coordinating project resource changes, including personnel, equipment, and update of project documentation (team list, hardware lists, etc.).
  • Planning and manages own time and work, contributing to overall ontime and onbudget project goals.
  • Maintaining the status of project responsibilities and work across teams to achieve group goals.
  • Document meeting notes and activities.
  • Work closely with the account manager for the project(s) you are accountable for.
