Pawfit, developed by Latsen, provides a smart tracking solution to help keep your pets safe and healthy.
Due to the expansion of the business, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Customer support and Communication team at Pawfit.
The aim of this role is to answer customer enquiries, resolve issues, enhance customer experience and foster relationships, improve credibility and create customer loyalty.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage delivery document
- Collect customers' feedback, analyse and report regularly
- Maintain FAQ section on the company website
- Process returns
- Assist with online and offline product training
- Conduct weekly work report
Requirements:
- A Level or above
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiar with modern technologies
- Can work under pressure, affiliative and flexible
- Team player
- Experience with Zendesk is desirable
