Job Overview:
Assessment Registry are a small group of friendly administrators with a wide breath of responsibility. We manage the university assessment boards and awarding procedures including printing and sending formal certification in the post.
We are also responsible for t set up and management of the universities examination process, including creating the exam day materials, liaising with the various teams around booking rooms, publishing timetables, appointing and managing the external invigilators and working with our student wellbeing team around special arrangements.
Responsibilities:
- Printing and checking exam scripts
- Printing and checking Award Certificates
- Collating exam material
- Answering first line enquiries.
Requirements:
- Flexible attitude to work
- Confident around IT systems training will be given.
- Proactive approach to work
Job Type:
Temporary contract
Contract length: 2 weeks
Pay:
£11.44 per hour
Expected hours:
No more than 37 per week
