BDC are seeking a
Creative Artworker to join our successful and versatile creative studio working with a wide range of print and digital assets for international clients. Creating a high standard of artwork, both online and offline for launch campaigns, brand development, websites, presentations, brochures etc.


The role

You will efficiently and accurately produce various assets as directed by others in the team or directly from a client.

You will help to quality assure work your own work and be available to support others with brand guidelines adherence, proof checking and client authors to ensure it meets required standards processes and procedures.

Joining as a Creative Artworker, you will work within an established and dedicated team of versatile designers within a highly creative design studio close to Chichester Marina, West Sussex.

BDC are now looking for an additional Creative Artworker to join their team, helping reformat/create artwork for a variety of materials, ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to for our clients.

You will sometimes be required to work on a wide range of assets, both digital and physical and deal directly with clients.

The Creative Artworker will have the opportunity to work on interesting projects and work closely with other Designers to ensure all work is perfectly presented and well laid out.

With a focus on personal/career development, new software training and skills development will become a regular part of your job.

Skills and Experience

• 23yrs minimum experience in a similar role
• Relevant creative artworker/graphic designer experience within a communications agency

or similar

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication (written and oral), analytical, interpersonal and

problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Solutions orientated
• Passion for excellence extremely detail oriented
• Highly organized, ability to manage time and prioritise tasks / workload
• Commercial experience with InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, along with a sound knowledge of

MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe XD, Figma (or similar digital platform expertise)
would be beneficial, but not a requirement, as training will be provided
