We currently have exciting opportunities for
Services Support Workers to join our independent living team in the
Reading, Berkshire area.


We have the following Services Support Workers roles available:


  • Part-time hours per week both to include some evenings and weekend working. Rate of pay
  • £22, full-time equivalent)


If you would like to join TeamRAD - delivering invaluable one-to-one and group support to deaf people, in their first language, usually British Sign Language (BSL) or via specialist communication systems like Makaton, please get in touch Our Independent Living team provides person-centred support so that deaf and deaf/blind people (including those who have additional support needs, e.g., a learning disability or mental health challenge) can develop the skills needed to live independently.

Essential requirements we're looking for in our
Services Support Workers:

British Sign Language (BSL) is essential for this role, if you do not hold any signing skills - we will offer this training as part of the role.
